Sam, like you just said, 'if you wanna brain yourself on a rock, feel free', let the man ride without a helmet! What's it got to do with you anyway? Of course there's such a trail where you don't realy need a helmet, i frequently don't wear one for some of the littler stuff around mine. If Smith02uk has been riding there for 10 years, im sure he knows what hes doing.
